Parceria entre SantoDigital e Motiva garante melhora

The implementation of artificial intelligence (AI), specifically in the accreditation area, has revolutionized the way the company manages a complex and diverse volume of documents. “With AI processing the documents, we were able to reduce the SLA (Service Level Agreement) from 48 to 35 hours. Currently, the SLA remains at around 29 hours, exceeding expectations,” highlights Andreza Boriollo, Airport Processes Coordinator at Motiva. In just three months, the accuracy level of the analyses was already very high: approximately 90%.
